UASG Integrated Management System

In alignment with the vision of UASG Management to drive organizational transformation through process excellence, collaboration, continual improvement, and innovation, the UASG IT Department along with UASG Top management’s commitment has established and maintains an Integrated Management System (IMS) comprising the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Service Management System (SMS).

The IMS is established and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the internationally recognized standards ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – Information Security Management Systems and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 – Service Management Systems.

The IMS is intended to support the consistent and effective delivery of managed IT services across UASG and its applicable subsidiaries, while addressing information security, service management requirements, applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, and the expectations of relevant interested parties.

As part of the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the IMS, UASG has developed and maintains policies, processes, procedures, standards, and supporting controls based on applicable ISO requirements, organizational requirements, and recognized industry practices. These documented arrangements define the governance and operational requirements applicable to UASG personnel and, where relevant, to external parties, including suppliers, service providers, partners, regulatory bodies, and government entities.

External parties engaged with UASG are required to comply with the applicable IMS requirements relevant to the nature, scope, and conditions of their engagement, including information security, service management, confidentiality, contractual, and regulatory requirements, as applicable. Relevant IMS documentation may be made available to authorized external parties on a need-to-know and controlled basis, subject to UASG’s information classification, access control, confidentiality, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
