UASG Integrated Management System

As per the vision of the UASG management to transform the group through process excellence, team work and innovation, UASG ICT department in close collaboration with Abu Dhabi Motors, Al Saqer Property Management, DALMA motors and United Al Saqer Heavy Equipment, established an Integrated Management System comprised of Service Management System (SMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS), based on the internationally recognized standards of ISO 20000:2011 and ISO 27001:2013. The Integrated Management System (IMS) aims at the development and maintenance of an appropriate and cost-effective approach to deliver managed IT services and to maintain adequate levels of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability across UASG and Subsidiaries services.

As part of the IMS establishment and maintenance, policies and procedures based on recommended best practices were developed and are being maintained, any external parties willing to work with UASG have to comply with the applicable parts of these policies and procedures as per the requirement of the engagement. These policies and procedures are available on request for all external parties including but not limited to Regulatory bodies, Government Entities, Suppliers and Partners.
